Roman Tales -- An alternate version is now available

 There is now an alternative version of the novel, Roman Tales. The text is the same (a couple of typos have been corrected, they re the bane of my existence), the only difference is that the historical notes have been moved to the end of the novel, allowing the story to flow more directly. There is a slighly different cover, to differentiate the two editions.

Note that the earlier links are still live if you prefer the version with the historical notes at the end of each major division in the novel.
